I'm Michael. I've spent 13+ years in training: strength, conditioning, and a competitive rugby league background, and I've had my own seasons of starting again from scratch. I know how it feels to want change, to feel like the old version of you doesn't fit anymore, and not quite know where to begin.

So I don't hand people a PDF and disappear. Every plan I build is from scratch, for the man in front of me. I break the complicated stuff down into plain language you can actually use, and I keep the mindset side in the picture too, because the physical change tends to follow the mental one.
