Coaching options

Three ways to train.
One clear structure.

Online, in person, or a mix of both. Whichever you choose, you get a program written for you, nutrition guidance you can actually follow, and a weekly review that keeps the plan honest.

What I offer

Pick the format that fits your week.

01

Online coaching.

For people who train on their own schedule and want the plan, the structure and the accountability without a fixed session time. Everything runs through the Kahunas app, so your program is on your phone in the gym.

  • Training program written around your schedule and equipment
  • Personalised nutrition targets built around the food you actually eat
  • Weekly Sunday check-in with adjustments from me
  • Direct message access for questions during the week

02

In-person personal training.

One-to-one sessions in Maroochydore. Best if you want hands-on coaching, technique corrected in real time, or you simply show up better when someone is standing there with you.

  • One-to-one coaching in session
  • Technique, loading and progression handled for you
  • Sessions built around your goal, not a generic circuit
  • Programming for the days you train on your own

03

Hybrid coaching.

Face-to-face sessions for the parts that need eyes on them, online programming for everything else. The most common setup for people who want contact time without paying for every session.

  • In-person sessions each week
  • Online program for your remaining training days
  • Nutrition guidance and weekly check-ins included
  • Scales up or down as your schedule changes

The process

How it runs.

Same three steps whichever option you pick.

1. Intake

You fill in an intake form covering your goals, training history, injuries, schedule, equipment and how you eat. We talk it through so I understand what is realistic for you rather than guessing.

2. Your plan is built

I write your training program and nutrition targets from scratch. Not a template with your name on it — built around the days you can actually train and the food you actually like.

3. Weekly review

Every Sunday you check in with your weight, steps, nutrition adherence, energy and your biggest win of the week. I read it and adjust the plan. Progress photos and measurements every fortnight.

Short on time?

The 6-Week Body Rebuild.

If an ongoing commitment feels like too much right now, the six-week challenge is a fixed block with a clear start and finish — fully coached, same structure, no open-ended contract.

Common questions

Before you ask.

I've never trained properly before. Is this for me?

Yes. A good part of my work is with people who have never had a structured plan, or who have tried before without support and stopped. Everything is built from your intake form, so the starting point is wherever you actually are.

What if I don't have a gym?

Then your program is built around what you do have. I've written plenty of programs for home setups with minimal equipment — the structure matters more than the kit.

Do I have to follow a strict meal plan?

No. You get nutrition targets and guidance built around the food you already eat. Plans you hate are plans you quit.

How much contact do I actually get?

A full review every week, plus direct message access during the week for questions. If something isn't working on a Tuesday, you don't wait until Sunday to tell me.

Next step

Tell me about your week.

Send me a message with where you're at and what you want to change. I'll tell you honestly which option fits, or if right now isn't the right time.
