Decide the protein first and build the meal around it. It's the single easiest change that improves recovery, hunger and body composition at once.
Daily steps do more for fat loss than any single session in the gym. Track them for a week before you change anything — most people are shocked by the real number.
Under-slept training is wasted training. If you're chronically short on sleep, fix that before you add another session to the week.
A rep, a little more weight, or better control of the same load. If nothing about your training has changed in two months, neither will you.
One missed session is life. Two in a row is the start of a pattern. The whole game is how quickly you get back after the first one.
