Who you're dealing with

Health disclaimer — please read

Everything on this website is general fitness information, not medical advice. Exercise carries risk. Before starting any new training or nutrition program, check with your doctor or an appropriate health professional, particularly if you have an existing injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.

If something hurts, stop. Coaching is delivered on the basis that you'll tell me about injuries, conditions and medications honestly at intake and as they come up, and that you'll train within your own limits.

Coaching services

Programs are written individually based on the information you provide. Results vary from person to person and depend on consistency, sleep, stress, genetics and a range of other factors outside my control. I don't guarantee specific weight-loss, strength or body-composition outcomes, and you should be wary of anyone who does.

Bookings, payment and cancellations

Nothing is bought through this website. Coaching prices are agreed directly with me before you start, and payment details are sent separately. Ongoing online coaching runs week to week — tell me if you need to pause or stop. Fixed-length programs such as the 6-Week Online Body Rebuild are paid up front for the whole block. Cancellation and rescheduling terms for in-person sessions are agreed with you when we set up your session times.

The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to Ascend Fitness unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to read, share and link to the pages; please don't copy the content and present it as your own. Links to external sites such as Instagram are provided for convenience — I'm not responsible for what's on them.

I try to keep the information here accurate and current, but I don't warrant that it's error-free or that the site will always be available.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
